ROCKETS Study Published in The Lancet Oncology

In this large UK study of postmenopausal women with suspected ovarian cancer, the IOTA ADNEX ultrasound-based model at a 10% threshold showed significantly higher sensitivity than the current NHS standard (RMI1 at 250), making it more effective at detecting early-stage cancers. Based on these findings, the authors recommend IOTA ADNEX at 10% as the new diagnostic standard for triaging postmenopausal patients.
